2nd Annual Auction Raises $100,000 to Support Early Childhood Teachers
BOOST’s Wild West Auction Raises $100,000 for Preschool Teachers, More Than Doubling Inaugural Fundraiser
Colorado Springs, CO – December 12, 2025 – BOOST is proud to announce the success of its 2nd Annual BOOST Auction Fundraiser, held during the 8th annual SHIFT Childcare Leaders Conference at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs. This year’s event, themed the Wild West BOOST Benefit, raised more than $100,000 for preschool teachers facing unexpected financial crises — more than doubling the $45,000 raised at BOOST’s inaugural auction in 2024.
The fundraiser featured both a live auction and a silent auction, along with one-time donations from conference attendees, generating strong participation and enthusiasm across the early education community. The $102,200 total included:
$55,850 raised from BOOST’s first-ever live auction
$40,550 from silent auction offerings
$5,800 in one-time donations
Attendees bid on exclusive items and experiences, including an F1 Experience for Two, tickets to the 2026 Country Music Awards, custom teacher-themed Mahjong tiles, and a private business consultation with HINGE Advisors CEO Kathy Ligon.
“This event demonstrates what’s possible when the early education community rallies around teachers in moments of real need,” said BOOST Executive Director Kate Hubschman. “Every dollar raised represents stability for a teacher facing an unexpected crisis — and a reminder that they are not alone. The growth of this event shows both the urgency of the need and the generosity of a community committed to caring for those who care for our children.”
BOOST extends special thanks to the organizations that generously sponsored auction items and experiences — Palisades Country Day School, Lantern Learning Group, A Child’s World North Carolina, Hope Montessori Academy, Live Oak Banking Company, Rose Marketing Solutions, Essential Properties, and Intellikid Systems. Their support ensured that 100 percent of funds raised will go directly to preschool teachers in crisis, helping cover urgent home, medical, transportation, or food insecurity–related expenses.
By easing the burden of unexpected financial hardship, BOOST empowers educators to remain in the classroom and continue providing high-quality care during children’s most formative years.
