LAUNCHPAD LEARN & EARN PROGRAM

The team at BOOST is thrilled to introduce LaunchPad, a learn-and-earn savings program that combines financial literacy education with a structured savings match opportunity. Through guided learning and consistent saving, early educator participants can build practical money management skills while growing a meaningful emergency fund. This program expands BOOST’s mission to support teachers not only during financial crises, but also by helping them prepare for the unexpected before it occurs.

HOW LAUNCHPAD WORKS

LaunchPad is a 12-month financial empowerment journey that includes education, guided savings, and financial incentives for any early education teacher looking to improve their financial health.

Financial Literacy Classes

Participants begin with six (6) live financial literacy classes, held once a month via webinar.

These sessions will provide a strong foundation for financial decision-making and responsible money management and include topics like budgeting, debt management, and financial goal setting.

Savings Match Opportunity

At the same time as classes, teachers will become eligible to participate in the LaunchPad savings match program.

Participants will open a dedicated savings account and can begin saving and earning matching funds up to $100 a month! Matches will be deposited every three months.

Program Graduation

Participants successfully complete LaunchPad by attending all financial literacy classes, completing 12 months of savings matching, and participating in program surveys.

Graduates will leave the program with stronger financial knowledge and a growing emergency fund that supports both their financial goals.
