4 Ways to Get Involved with BOOST
Early childhood educators deserve to know someone has their back when life takes an unexpected turn.
Every day, teachers show up for children and families. BOOST exists to show up for them when they need support of their own.
Whether you give monthly, bid in our annual auction, participate in BOOST It Forward, or partner with us as an organization, there are plenty of ways to help provide financial support to private preschool teachers facing unexpected hardship.
Here are four ways you can get involved.
1. Join our BOOST It Forward Fund
Help make teacher support part of your organization's annual giving.
Launched at the 2025 SHIFT Conference, the BOOST It Forward Fund brought early childhood organizations together around a shared commitment to teachers in crisis.
Sixty-three organizations pledged $139,100 to support BOOST in 2026. And those commitments have already created more fundraising momentum.
Because of BOOST IT Forward pledge fulfillments, general donations are up 31% year over year.
Q1-Q3 2025: $84,597
Q1-Q3 2026: $110,615
That's $26,018 more going toward teachers in crisis compared with the same period last year. And we're just getting started.

2. Bid in the Annual BOOST Auction
You can support teachers and take home something great, too.
The annual BOOST Auction is our biggest fundraising event of the year. In 2024, the auction raised more than $50,000. In 2025, it surpassed $100,000. This year, our goal is $150,000.
And you don’t have to be in person at the SHIFT Conference to participate! Silent auction bidding will be open online from 4:00-7:00pm ET on Monday, November 2nd.

3. Become a Monthly Donor
Small, recurring gifts create dependable support for teachers when they need it most.
When you become a monthly donor, you're helping BOOST be ready for the next teacher who faces an unexpected financial crisis.
Your recurring gift helps provide emergency financial assistance for needs like housing, utilities, transportation, medical expenses, and food.
And because monthly support is predictable, it helps us continue saying yes when teachers need help. Whether you give $25, $50, $100, or more each month, your commitment adds up to meaningful support for teachers throughout the year.

4. Partner with BOOST

Corporate partnerships of $5,000 or more help provide emergency financial relief and resources to private preschool teachers facing unexpected hardship, while also giving your organization opportunities for recognition and engagement.
